Please read these terms carefully before booking our services.
1. Booking & Payment
Booking Confirmation
All bookings are confirmed via WhatsApp or phone call. A booking is considered confirmed only after receiving
confirmation from our team and payment of the advance amount (if applicable).
Payment Terms
- Full payment is required at the time of pickup for one-way trips
- Round trip bookings require 50% advance payment
- Payments can be made via cash, UPI, or bank transfer
- Receipts will be provided for all payments
Pricing
All prices quoted are inclusive of tolls, parking, and driver allowances. Fuel costs are included in the fare.
Any additional charges (parking fees, etc.) will be communicated in advance.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation by Customer
- Cancellation more than 24 hours before pickup: Full refund
- Cancellation 12-24 hours before pickup: 50% refund
- Cancellation less than 12 hours before pickup: No refund
- Cancellation due to medical emergency: Case-by-case consideration
Cancellation by DURGA TOUR & TRAVELS
In rare cases where we need to cancel a booking due to vehicle breakdown, driver unavailability, or safety
concerns, we will:
- Provide full refund
- Arrange alternative transportation at no extra cost
- Offer compensation if significant inconvenience is caused
Refund Process
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. Bank transfers may take
additional time depending on your bank.
3. Service Terms
Vehicle & Driver
- All vehicles are AC-equipped and well-maintained
- Drivers are experienced, licensed, and undergo background verification
- Drivers follow traffic rules and maintain safe driving practices
- Smoking and consumption of alcohol is strictly prohibited in vehicles
Pickup & Drop-off
- Pickup time will be confirmed at the time of booking
- Drivers will wait up to 15 minutes at pickup location
- Drop-off will be at the designated location mentioned during booking
- Any changes to pickup/drop-off locations may incur additional charges
Luggage Policy
- Standard luggage allowance: 2 bags per passenger
- Additional luggage may incur extra charges
- Fragile items should be properly packed
- We are not responsible for loss or damage to luggage
4. Safety & Responsibility
Passenger Responsibility
- Passengers must wear seat belts at all times
- Follow driver's instructions for safety
- Report any concerns immediately to the driver
- Respect other passengers and maintain vehicle cleanliness
Liability
DURGA TOUR & TRAVELS takes all reasonable measures to ensure passenger safety. However, we are not liable for:
- Loss or damage to personal belongings
- Injuries due to passenger negligence
- Delays caused by traffic, weather, or road conditions
- Acts of nature or unforeseen circumstances
5. Privacy Policy
Information Collection
We collect personal information including name, phone number, email, and travel details to provide our services
and improve customer experience.
Information Usage
- To confirm bookings and communicate with customers
- To provide customer support and resolve issues
- To improve our services and develop new features
- To comply with legal requirements
Data Protection
Your personal information is stored securely and shared only with authorized personnel. We do not sell or share
customer data with third parties for marketing purposes.
6. General Terms
Service Availability
Services are subject to vehicle availability. We reserve the right to modify routes, vehicles, or pricing with
advance notice.
Force Majeure
We are not responsible for service disruptions due to natural disasters, political unrest, strikes, or other
circumstances beyond our control.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by Indian law. Any disputes will be resolved through mutual discussion or legal
proceedings in Vijayawada courts.
Updates to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Customers will be notified of significant changes via
our website or direct communication.
